The State of Colorado authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority.

ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï cannot cover a sponsor’s loss. ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under CU Boulder’s self-insurance policy.
